What We Do

NaCa Fermentation works with distilleries, breweries, and wineries to expedite and improve their fermentation processes. Our proprietary fermenters and encapsulated yeast technology is integrated directly into the production facility, providing distillers, brewers, and vintners control over their product.

Fermentation can be reduced to as low as 24 hours. This allows our customers to produce product on a reliable schedule and increases production from existing footprint.

The Team

Ryan Meek

Co-Founder and CEO

Ryan Meek has been CEO since 2014. He graduated from the University of Idaho with a major in Economics. He has been homebrewing since college, when he got involved researching yeast. In his downtime, he can be found fishing, paddling, or in the woods hunting and exploring.

Tyler Flowers

Co-Founder and CTO

Tyler Flowers has been CTO since 2014. He graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to NaCa, he spent time researching and designing engines in the automotive industry. When he isn’t working you’ll find him and his wife cheering on the Portland Timbers FC, backpacking the Northwest or planning their next big adventure.
